Where can I find a poem that uses the word RETIRE? The poem only has six lines. Each line starts with a letter from the word "retire". Here is part of the poem: Retire:now is the time to: Experience all that life has to offer, Take time to smell the roses, I Revitalize your dreams, and Embark on a new way of life. I can't remember the line with the I in it. I can't remember the poets name or where I found this the last time I searched for it. The person that is retired is a co-worker of mine. I am putting a book together for his retirement party and I am including some retirement poems. We work for the USPS and I can't seem to find any postal related poems, so I thought I would use the one above. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where is a good place for a couple to retire and live out their older years?? My husband and I live in Cali but we don't want tor retire here. We'd like some small rural town with population under 20000. A laid back setting, a bit country you might say. We would prefer Oregon or Washington. A place where our grandkids can come and escape the city and get back to simpler times for a while when they visit. A little small town life type place. A Main Street and and court house, a market and some other things but not too much. Grassy fields, places for a bit of nature and the peace to enjoy it. We're not familiar with all the smaller areas in these states and would appreciate input from people who are. What cities are small, rural, laid back and relaxed. For those of us who are trying to escape the rat race. Any serious suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Help us find our Mayberry so we can go settle down.
Where to retire, in the Phils? I intend to retire in the Phils. Anyone remember the matches where the losers had to leave the promotion or retire? it used to be more of an accorance a years ago. Usually the guy that lost was either taking a few months off or going to another promotion Those were usually good matches cause they alot to lose according to the storylines. Was anyone a fan of the cage match wcw had it was like 3 cages in one? the first had weapons and things of that nature then they had to climb up three different cages with different things in it until they got to the top where ddp or kanyon was shoved off the top and it was a farther fall than the hell in cells.

Horse Q: Where to find thoroughbreds about to retire from racing? I've been thinking about possibly getting an OTTB. I have had one before, worked out well but took a LOT of time--since I'm not having much luck with my horse search, I figured I'd open up to other options. How do you go about acquiring an off-the-track TB? I know that there are numerous organizations, but I prefer to go to the track/trainer myself. How would I go about that? Do I contact the race track?

Where is the best place to retire in Continental United Sates? My decision for re-retirement must be made with more consideration this time based on medical care availability, transportation, cost of living, cost of housing, security, leisure time activities. I retired here in the Philippines in 2000 but, due to the cost of living increasing here and non-available of medicare facilities, and security I must reconsider and try to find another place that offers more for retired people than Philippines, any help would be appreciated. I have pensions from Navy, and social security, but, I am not rich by any means, so economical solutions are a prime factor in furure decisions for re-retirement. True Philippines is lower cost than U.S. but, facilities are lacking for retired personnel, no senior citizen facilities, medical care under par, transportation for seniors non-existent, meals on wheels never heard of here, and other considerations must be made before going there this time.

Where would be the best place(s) in the US to retire in 10 years? We are looking for mostly warm weather but don't mind 3 seasons and a "little" winter... water would be great and probably near health facilities if we need them later in life. We are trying to plan the purchase of real estate that we would use in 10 years when we (hopefully!) retire. We live on the east coast of FL now... but the hurricanes, insurance and property taxes are getting out of hand. Thanks in advance!!
If you could retire and live comfortably anywhere in the world. Where would you retire and why? 1. Whidbey Island, Washington Because the area is so beautiful. 2. Shelby County, Tennessee Because it's country living, beautiful, and the people are wonderful. 3. New Orleans, Louisiana Because it's where I am from, it's dirty, it smells bad, Murder is a sport not a crime, the politicians are bigger criminals then the ones that get locked up,
