My decision for re-retirement must be made with more consideration this time based on medical care availability, transportation, cost of living, cost of housing, security, leisure time activities. I retired here in the Philippines in 2000 but, due to the cost of living increasing here and non-available of medicare facilities, and security I must reconsider and try to find another place that offers more for retired people than Philippines, any help would be appreciated. I have pensions from Navy, and social security, but, I am not rich by any means, so economical solutions are a prime factor in furure decisions for re-retirement. True Philippines is lower cost than U.S. but, facilities are lacking for retired personnel, no senior citizen facilities, medical care under par, transportation for seniors non-existent, meals on wheels never heard of here, and other considerations must be made before going there this time.
