how can i save my money without spending it on enything every month?

1. take part of it~ maybe $5 or $10 and put it in an account. save it. dont take out of it. the left over money is yours to spend. this will help, but in the end it takes will power... these days im short on money so i keep track of what im spending so i see what im wasting money on and can cut back on it. good luck~
