  1. its ur fault cause u dont get in ur head that u wnna save the money, you can do everything you want, if you say your gonna save money, and i put that in your head and u really wanna do it, then you will do it. What do u spend it on?????
  2. when i get paid i get my money deposited int o two accounts, (two seperate financial institutions) one which i have a debit card and full access and the other i dont even have a debit card for at all...its just a savings account. the second institution is usually a bank/credit union that has limited branches, so the only way i can get money is to go during banking hours.
  3. Can you have a specified amount put directly into savings from your paycheck so you never get your hands on it?
  4. LOL its ok all you need is a bank account and some will power. what you need to do is refrain yourself from spending money alt all cost! and make sure you put all or half of the money you get in the bank account asap sooner or later if you dont spend any of it you will have money and you will have been broken of you sprending habbits
  5. Ya, here's an idea how we in America learn, if you are broke for awhile and have no money, then you will learn to hang on to every dime you get. I went from having money coming in at a regular basis and then to having nothing and no money. I learned quick and I feel rich when I have even $10.00 in my pocket now, as I am sure is like most Americans. Start window shopping not buying everything you want. Buy only the necessary things you need not what you want.
  6. There is a lot of good information on saving money the internet for free. You can read about my favorite personal finance website here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/330850/the_simple_dollar_the_best_personal.html There is new information on the website every day, which is very motivational reading. Consider reading some books for the information and motivation to save. My Top Five Best Personal Finance Books are the following (be sure to check them out from the library to save money, or if you decide to own any of the books, buy them used from a website such as half.com): 1. Your Money or Your Life by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez. This book absolutely changed my life! 2. Personal Finance for Dummies by Eric Tyson. 3. The Only Investment Guide You'll Ever Need by Andrew Tobias. 4. Investing for Dummies by Eric Tyson. 5. Taxes for Dummies by Eric Tyson, et al. This one may come as a surprise, but there are a lot of ways to legally save money on your taxes (such as contributing to retirement funds).
