between me & my husband we earn £600 a month have 2 kids we could live easy on £200 but every weeks it just seems to go,we want to save £3000 to buy a car any tips

1. Pay yourself first. Have a portion of each check derectly deposited in a savings or high yield money market account yeilding at least 5%. You won't even realize its gone and you will be saving automatically. Also, try keeping track of everything you spend your money on in a month. Once you see where most of your money goes you can try cutting back on those areas. Trust me, you will be suprised at how much money you spend on things you don't need.
