Will I save money by registering my new #30,000 Ford in Nevada instead of Arizona?
It looks like i have to pay 5% of 30,000 to get my new car registered for the first time here in arizona (that might be a sales tax, I was just told the amount today) I have a second place in Las Vegas so can I register the car there and save some or all of the 5%?

- I live in Vegas....Still have to pay.....Paid $3000 in sales tax on my Dodge. I don't know the %.
- Since you have two residences in two states, you need to tag it in the state where your driver's license was issued. No sense giving a UT or CA cop an excuse to write you up for a 3-way violation!
