What are some ways to save money?

Refraising last question. Looking for ways to save money, not how to save money. Thanks. Like making lunch instead of buying.

1. Go check out Amy Dacyczyn's _the Complete Tightwad Gazette_ from the library. There are millions of ideas in there. The best way I know to save money is just not to buy anything you don't need. Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without. That can mean anything from new furniture to a bigger house to a restaurant meal or a candy bar. Just say no.
2. You can focus on the items you need like food and wanter. (not soda and candy) Then you can get a good paying job save up anthen you can start buying things you really want.Food is inportant but if you buy the ones you need you can save up to about 5,000 a year.
3. Try this. Create a spread sheet of all the bills that you have to pay. Each month write down the amount that you're actually paying. Then each additional month. substract the difference from each bill and pay yourself. you'll start to see your money... but that's not what you wanted to hear. so. go to sams club or walmart and buy food in bulk and pack your lunch. don't eat out. drink water instead of soda. and don't order out cook...
