Who thinks that Pudge should retire as Rangers?

Pudge had his long career at his first team, Texas Rangers. But if he elect into Hall of Fame that he would be Rangers. Or Rangers might to retire his number, #7 in future. What do u think about that?

1. Hall of Fame plaques list all your teams. But what hat would he be wearing on his plaque will be tough. Yes, he played lots of seasons for the Rangers...unfortunately the Rangers SUCKED all those years. So...would he go with the team he won a World Series with? I doubt it, every year they talk about moving the Marlins, some year it'll actually happen. And that leaves Detroit...he played in the World Series for them, but lost 4-1.
2. Isn't that up to Pudge? I'd like to see him retire as a Tiger, Tigers have more lineage.

4. He should retire as a Ranger - but it wont happen. Pudgey loves his Tigers very much.

I agree, the Texas Rangers are the team that first give him the opportunity in the first place, and at the time yeah, he developed into up and coming all-star caliber with his rifle arm, good power numbers and very popular catcher so I would think when he does retire, the Rangers probably will have plan to retire his jersey at their stadium I'm sure.
6. I would like him to! I really love him but I'm sure he loves Detriot and the fans love him. And of course they'll retire his number. I'm getting tickets for that a soon as they go out.
