Who would you hire, retire or just fire from ECW? Than i mean ECW only, thanks for giving up your time for answering. Hire - More divas who have been trained for the past 2 years. Fire - That dude with the beer bash, just forgot his name, he always got this stick and than he hits people with it. Retire - Paul Heyman, he is getting boring.. Ohhh.. Sandman..

1. I'd keep Heyman and I'd put him in a non tv role. Sandman is one of the most entertaining ECW wrestlers. He kicks ass. Fire-Matt Striker, Jazz, Justin Roberts (the gay announcer) and replace him with original ecw announcer Stephen Deangelis.
2. Hire: Mick Foley Retire: Any Wrestler who is just past it.. Fire: Eirc Bishoff! *not even talk to him about returning...* We are just now hearing about ECW over here in Germany....we do get Smackdown and RAW....
3. Hire-AJ Styles,Christoper Daniels and get Rhyno back. Fire-Sandman,he is a waste of time and a Stone Cold wannabe.He is useless without his kendo stick. Retire-Mike Knox and Paul Heyman,their a waste of money and airtime.

5. I would cancel ECW. Fire all of them except for RVD and bring Kurt Angle back to Smackdown when he is ready to come back.

7. paul bearer thinks danny doring and c w anderson are not feeling the new ecw so they should get released
8. Hire: Samoa Joe. Snatch him away from TNA & bring him here to ECW to take out the competition & have him take out the Big Show. Fire: Matt Stryker. This former school teacher is nothing but a disgrace to this company. Retire: Terry Funk. He's reach past his peek & it's time for him to head into the sunset.
9. Hire – Mick Foley. Give him the belt and let ECW return to its hardcore roots. Mick could still have great hardcore matches with some of the ECW originals and he is the perfect guy to build up someone like a CM Punk. Fire – Francine. My God she was looking ropey last night. What the hell is she around for? Retire – Balls Mahoney. Let’s face it, old ‘Balls to the wall’ has had his day…. Actually, come to think of it, did he ever have his day?

11. Hired: Divas and ECW alumni. Fire: Any non-ECW alumni, Retire: The non-ECW fans... lol... I don't get you guys without Paul Heyman the concept of ECW or the WWE war vs. WCW would be back and forth match that would have ended in alternative fashion. A lot of the WWE concepts of matches came from Heyman and his desire to see gore. So, Heyman would stay aboard as long he could more original ECW alumni and do what ECW truely was.
