Did Randall Cunningham retire as a Philadelphia Eagle?

I know his last games were spent as a Raven, but did he sign a one day contract to the Eagles to retire as an Eagle? In other words, did Cunningham do what Emmitt Smith did to retire as a Cowboy? Thank you in advance.
