1. go to google to find different choices to coose from.
2. florida is nice except for hurricanes. Arizona is sweet if you like extreme hot.
3. New Mexico is super kewl. Lots of sunshine, no hurricans or tornados, no floods, or earthquakes. The State Gov is real layback. :)
4. Check out Sun City, AZ at http://suncitywest.org/welcomepage.htm or http://www.sunaz.com/ The climate and geography is very diverse from cool mountains to hot dry desert. The summers are a bit warm in the central valley, but that is better than the cold of many northern areas. And best is the many things to do with our new free time.
