If the ultimate career goal is to retire early, why is someone like Michael Dell still working?

1. what the hell else are you going to do? sit around and count your money?
2. Obviously retiring early is not Michael Dell's career goal.
3. It's probably not work to him. If you like to do something even in your spare time, then it's your passion.
4. The goal is to be buried with as much cash in your grave as possible.

6. Good question... why does Bill Gates still work? Personally I think it's simply what they live for, money is all that matters to them in life. So, they want to aquire as much of it as possible before they die. Money is power also (unfortunately), so that's another major reason.
