Hi I am an RN and want to retire early@ 63 next. Can you tell me what Iwould lose or gain by doing this?

1. Depending on your age, you'll lose some social security money if you draw on it.
2. You would probably save your back and feet from more pain! It depends on what your financial situation is, if you have a good 401K/403B and IRA and pension, investments then go ahead and good luck. I would talk to a financial planner to get the specifics for your situation, this is the rest of your financial life. Also, many people partially retire and take some pension but work a few hours/week.
