Who should retire/leave by the end of WM24?

I say Taker, Flair should be on the retirement list. RVD and Sabu if boy contracts are up should leave. I know I know some will say Cena should leave. I honestly think they should stop pushing him so fast, and let him work on his in-ring skills. Besides Cena and the other two who else should leave/retire by the end of WM24? forgot about HBK on that retire list
