- Ebay didnt work out too well for me . I would recommend This http://tinyurl.com/yjf4vq Its low cost , easy to learn and easy to do . I am a student and i made 457 $ last week . I have never missed a paycheck from them . They send out checks every two weeks . I highly recommend it.
- The posters mentioning eBay have a good point, but there is a better way to do it. There is a company that is currently selling franchises for "drop off" stores for merchandise to go on eBay. Here's their website: http://www.i-soldit.com/index.asp. I'm considering doing this here in the Great White North.
- You can start with a business of leveraging your time. Basically what i understand is you are looking for something to maintain your lifestyle in the long run, since you are retired. There is an organization which helps people like you to set up their own business at a very low cost, provided they are serious and ready to learn the secrets of the trade. It would be difficult for me to explain you of it over here. You can mail me to know more. Have a great day and take care
- Get your real estate license and brokers liscense. In some states you can get the brokers license without working under a broker for some time. Hint on passing the real estate tests. Get your state's real estate book and read all the information into a tape recorder. Then at every opportunity play the recorded tape back, like when driving, etc. You can probably get a pre-recorded tape, but reading the book aloud into a recorder is part of the drill for learning the info. The test is strictly over the info in the book. There are no hypotheticals. If you go to a class to prepare for the test, the leader will merely recite the book. No discussions, or questions. It's all right there in the book. Good luck.
