Help! I need some retirement gift ideas!?

My boss is retiring after working with the company for 20 years and I want to get a gift that will mean something to him. I am not sure of the budget just yet as I am doing a collection but it will be a considerable amount. His interests are guitar, cricket, family, travelling and he was also in the Navy for 20+ years. Any ideas would be great! Thank you.

3. Try to get your boss a plaque. If you can't find one make an award for him on publisher for Best Boss of the Year or something like that. Do something so that he remembers who you are. Good Luck
4. Get him a nice cricket bat and send it throughout the department for all to write comments and sign. This was a tradition we did while I was stationed in England. You could also place a nice placard on it with the company name, dates of employment and a nice comment like "Thank you for your dedcated service" or something like that.
