Would like some help and or ideas on marketing an independent retirement community . please advise?

I have 61 units prices range from 1895.00 for a studio to over 3000.00 for a 2 bedroom . I have 15 units open i want to fill all of them now. with everything included except there phone .Help me creat value in my beautiful community. We have tons of activities.

1. I take it that you are trying to target retirees? Advertise with AARP. Find out where your market audiance is and promote away. Have something like a open house. Stage a outdoor concert.
2. print up flyers with your activities listed also with all bills paid across it so they know its a value deal and then pass them out. take them to the vfw halls where people play bingo, grocery stores, and maybe even some apartment complexes and post in washroom.
