What is a good retirement gift idea?

My dad is retiring and I want to get him something really great. Any ideas?

2. fishing rod? golf clubs? season pass to the mustang ranch? season tix to his favorite baseball team? a 20 year old swedish au pair?

4. new set of golf clubs and new set of sheets and pillow cases! oh yeah, and a six pack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. Luggage because he will probably want to travel. Or you could get him tickets for a trip.
6. If money is not an issue, get him and your mom a vacation package. If you have a budget, get him things for him to do around the house or to keep him occupied. A membership to a local gym, an mp3 player, a home theater system, etc. You can also get him some tools or if he's been talking about a project around his house, get him started.
