2. I'm 21 and if I wanted to get a truly unique gift , and something I can keep forever from my brother, I would want a very nice picture frame of him and I together when we were kids. Girls are very sentimental, whereas guys like more practical gifts.
3. Yea depends on what she likes (and if she has a house I guess), but maybe some fancy wine glasses, it goes with the 21 theme and yet it is a nice gift that she can use forever. Good luck! I am sure she will appreciate whatever you pick out!
