- Zidane will play the world cup and then retire because he came back from retirement to play for the national team and said that he will retire for once and for all after the world cup he also added that he is going to retire from all football games after his contract with real madrid finishes..

- Absolutely not, they're just rumors. Soccer is not just what he does, it's part of who he is. It's been mentioned several times bc he had groin and ankle problems, but he's clearly doing much better. Anyone who's a pationate athlete will tell you that. We'll have to see how things play out in the world cup. He has a really large pool of fans, and if he decides to retire, it would only be if he feels he can't give it 200%. which won't be the case.
