  1. we'll im concidered low income i get two checks for 541.76 and my youngest son is disabled so he gets 603 a month. so in total i make around 1,600 a month and about 17,000 a year and in socorro county thair is alot of low income. so in your situation if you were to rent a place here youd be able to get all the bills paid and still have quit a bit left over for spending. Cause if you were to rent to own some houses are like 425 and some are 500 a month. Right now I pay 474 per month in my aptartment complex. And Magdalena is a great place to come and retire at its a small town we have one grocery store trails end market, a gas staion the chevron, a furniture place nice stuff, there is a place called kelly mines were they used to work many of years ago, every year we have old timers reunion with rodeoes, and people have stands all over the rodeo ground with dances at night. we have a small marchals office with only three cops, the apartment complex i live in used to be a whore house when billy the kid was alive, he also used to stay here when hiding from the law. Also their is a house that belonged to Paris Hiltons great, great grandfather and another historical house here is the Macintash house. their is also wells fargo bank very small, we have three wonderful resturants and a coffee shop which is here in the apartment complex, but the lady who runs it is very rude and hateful she is also my landlord, she tried to kick me and my two children out on the street so her friend could move in. but the owener over rited her eviction on me. But anyways i dont know where your from but the nearedest town with a wal-mart is twenty-seven miles east of our small town and we are also nine hours away from the arazonia border. hope i gave you what you aked for if not ask again and i will answer again. my spell check is having problems so sorry for the mis-spells
