1. As baby boomers retire there will be a hole where they left. However baby boomers are retiring later giving a lag for effects to be felt. As they retire they will require a large amount of services which will cause a strain on the personal care, lesiure and medicare sectors of the market. We are already seeing a shortage of nurses and care takers.
