- By becomming a member at the Retired Affiars Office (RAO) it's included with your monthly membership fee. They also take outgoing mail to the states and sell U.S. stamps. There are also RAO's in Cebu, Clark, Angeles,Subic, Iloilo and Bacolod. There is also a yahoo group Military Retirees of the Philippines that has people living in those areas that can help you with questions reguarding benefits here and relocation. All FPO mail goes to Manila first. You do have choices on other places to live besides Manila. MSG TO ARIES: You e mail adress is not working. To answer your questions Downtown Iloilo City, $6 a month and although technically not retired I can't see anyone having an objection to you joining. As far as I am concerned 100% disabled veterans are "medically retired" servicemembers. Feel free to send me a regular e mail if your'd like to know more from another e mail account. Your Aries account will not accept e mail from me.
- I think you can't get any FPO box because there is no military base here....but I might be wrong...the guy above has more info
