Where is a good place to retire in the Philippines rent a napa house with electricity,hot water & buy a horse?

I want to buy animals like big dog,horse,cow,pig,goat I also want to start a bussiness like ebay or internet cafe.

1. I personaly retired to panay island, but any island in the visayas are pretty good, as for buying a horse in the philippines, emptor caveat, they are mostly all starved old nags
