retirement oz

I am a retired Brit. and single. How much to rent a reasonable room in the Philippines?

Public Comments

  1. are you looking for a young girl over there?
  2. Why? Do you want to stay here in reasonable peace? Then, I can give you a reasonable price of a reasonable room located at a reasonable place here in reasonable Philippines. But, if you're one of those people who keeps on bringing our economy down by exploiting the goods of our country, then it is unreasonable for me to give you a reasonable room located at a reasonable place here in reasonable Philippines, due to your unreasonable intentions of unreasonably exploiting our reasonable country. Any of those people who keeps on bringing our economy down by exploiting the goods of our country are not welcome to our reasonable country reasonably.
  3. apartment or house rents n here ranges from 4t pesos up but it depends on the location.. like if ur n a major cities prices may go much higher than if u settle n rural areas.... why do u want to settle n here?? r u looking for a bribe to take care of u??
  4. You can get a small 1 Br condo in Manila for around 150 pounds a month and in the provinces 2-3 br house for the same price.... I know of semi serviced apartments in Manila for around 220 pounds a month. Alternatively you can stay in some 2-3 star hotels for about 10 pounds a night (maybe cheaper if you get a monthly rate)
  5. Best bet is to go to a pension house. The nicer ones have aircon and hot water. Price is $300 a month. We have one here that recently opened at the Sarabia Manor hotel at the back and you get to use the pool too if your staying at the pension house. That's about as cheap as it gets if you want a reasonably comfortable and safe place to stay. There are also rooms with fans only and they are slightly cheaper. But you don't want to live here in the Philippines summer without aircon. That's the cost here in Iloilo. Some places are cheaper and Places like Cebu and Manilla are more expensive.
  6. A retired Brit? What, you're not a Brit anymore?
