overseas employment?

My husband is having a fit to go overseas to work, he has been trying to get on with different companies to go to work for them. he has had to deal with passport issues, that took four months, and now trying to get his haz mat endorsement back on his cdl is like pulling teeth. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting on with a company quicker that 8 months? So far everything he has done is right, it is everything else that is slowing him down and all he can talk about is going overseas. He is so anxious, he can hardly sit still. He is 43 and ready.

  1. I imagine it has a lot to do with what kind of job he wants, and if his education is accepted here. He needs to apply to a company that will take care of these details for him. Try GE, they are huge overseas! (look at ge.com website, they have an awsome job site.)
