Overseas Coupon Program?
Does anyone participate in the Overseas Coupon Program? If you're not familiar with this, it is a program that allows expired coupons to be sent overseas so that military families on American bases can use them in the commissaries. I think it's wonderful and I have decided to start contributing. Check out the website below: http://www.ocpnet.org

- Thanks for the website. I have been cutting and saving mine for some time now. There was a local woman that was collecting them,but doesn't do it anymore. I wondered what to do with all these coupons! I'll spend some time reading the website.
