retirement oz

Will Brett Favre retire?

If he does will there be any competition for the Bears in the NFC North in 07?

Public Comments

  1. he should they're not going to do any damage are they?
  2. God I hope so! Then he could be making out with John Madden in the booth.
  3. i think he should play a year for the Jaguars
  4. No, I think Green Bay could be a playoff team next year. He will play one more season IMO.
  5. I really hope he does.. my Lions have never beat that guy in Lambeau (something the commentators never fail to mention year after agonizing year). As far as the second part of your question .. well, I am still a fool, er, believer... I think the Lions can get it turned around.. just not by next year. The Bears will own the NFC north whether Favre retires or not in '07. ... But watch out for my boys in 08! (I'll be right one of these years!)
  6. When Favre leaves, football loses a great competitor and a great guy. He plays the game the way it should be played. And the Bears should have an easier time with Bret out of the way.
  7. Yes to the first and no to the second.
  8. If there is a god, ilmao, he will not torture us with another year of Bret Farve's act.....gl with that Packer fan lol.
  9. I hope he doesnt yet..I haven't seen him play in person yet..somehow I get stuck going to the Lions/Vikings games every year! Yeah, my Lions are finally going to have their shittogether next season...Kitna will throw for an average of 300 yards per game, Kevin Jones wont get hurt, and they will finally fire Millen....I have a very rich fantasy life, dont I?
  10. it is all according if the Packers are willing to spend big in the free agency market or not. They need a running back and a big play receiver. The pack are projected to be about $28 million below the new cap figure so they have no excuses. However there gm Thompson is not known for splashing the cash. Favre has thrown his last pass in my opinion.
