3. I think if he were, he would have announced it already. Last year he announced that he would be playing in 2005 at the Packers Fan Fest which was the 2nd weekend in March. They haven't announced what players will be appearing at this year's Fest, but if he is there I wouldn't be surprised if he made his announcement then. He has said he will definitely decide in time for the Packers to get ready for the draft in April.
