What color is the I.D. on a military retirement card?
And what color card is the spousal I.D. When you are booted out on a section eight, do you get an I.D. card?

- Retirement card is sort of a gray. Spousal card is sort of a orange. You do not retain military identification of anytime if you are discharged unless you are retired. If you are booted out, then it is not a retirement, no id for you.
- First of all... Retired Military are Blue IDs , Dependents are a tan/brown color.... If your booted and it's not military related .. no you don't get an ID card you nut...
- The color of a Military Retirement ID Card is blue and the spouse's ID Card is tan!! If you are booted out of the US Military, you WILL NOT get an ID Card!!
- Mine (DAV) is sort of gray with multiple stars as a background with a holograph-ed device in a pattern on the plastic covering. The back is white. My wife's is the same. And as you well know a section eight (which is not a current term) offers no ID card.
- retirement cards are blue, spouse are light brown and i wouldn't believe you get anything when you are kicked out for being crazy
- a spouses' ID is a Light Brown-ish color, although many people call it Orange. the original Retired ID is a Pale Blue. Not sure what the new one looks like. Only those who retire(medical or longevity) get an ID card when they leave.
- Try www.retirement-news.com. It has a lot of info about military retirement.
