How can I find out if my Ex-husband is getting his military retirement pay?

He will not tell me.

2. I do not know if you know this but, if you were married to him for at least 10 years while he was an active member of the military you are entitled to half. This needs to be stated during the divorce. If it never was talked about then you need to get an attorney and discuss if you are eligible. If you waved the right to his retirement during your divorce you will never get it the decision is final and non-reversible. Your divorce attorney can tell you if he is receiving his retirement pay if you are in titled to it. If not sorry bout your luck, he does not have to tell you unless you take him back to court to increase child support or alimony.
