- The favorite I know of is "don't cross your legs". Everyone is sure to fail eventually. (assign everyone two baby clothes pins [those tiny paperclip sized ones] and clip it to their collar.) Then the person that caught the crossed legs gets one pin from the caught woman. The one that has the most pins.... wins. It may not be original, but it's a comfortable standard. I enjoyed it at shower I went to.
- Baby word scramble is a good one- just make sheets with baby words scramble on it, and copy them.- baby dipaers car seat nanny onsie blanket ........you get the idea. ------------------------------------------- also guessing the measurment of the mommy belly is fun too :) - oh and the no one can say BABY game :) and...... make a list of things that all moms should have in their purse and ask the guest tos check their purses ...... things like" nail clippers ins. card band aides gum .......get creative :) have fun :)
- One really cool one we did was: go to a craft store and look for these tiny babies (size of a baby carrot)...you freeze them inside ice cubed and everyone gets a baby in their cup and whoevers baby pops up first is the winner! It was by far the funniest game ever!
- At my baby shower we played this really funny game where you need a blind fold, 2 big bowls, a long spoon, and alot of cotton balls. You place both bowls on a table side by side fill one of them with cotton balls. You blind fold the person make sure they cant see anything, then you give them the spoon. They have to see how many cotton balls they can get into the other bowl in one minute. they have to keep thier other hand behind thier back so they cant feel for where the bowl is. This is a very funny game to watch people do and make a fool of themselves. Who ever gets the most wins a prize!! Another game I played was real fun and also funny is where you pass everybody a paper plate and a pen. They have to put the plate on top of thier head and in one minute draw the best baby they can while the plate is on thier head. when you call time collect the plates from everybody either u can judge or everybody can by u holding them up .
- here is my favorite game at a baby shower buy some cheap diapers and get some candy bars like snickers, Mr good bar, nutraguos at least five or six diffrent diapers and candy bars put them in the microwave for a little while till the candy melts inside the diaper have them marked 1 threw6 (or how many every you have) then they mark what number on the paper they are guessing at and you have the answer key and who ever gets the most correct wins any questions you can contact me

- This isn't really a game, but it's a fun activity! For my shower, we had plain white onesies and bibs and a bunch of fabric pens (or you could use fabric paint). Everyone decorated a onesie or a bib for the babies (twins). Get onesies of different sizes, so they will last for a while. It was really fun and creative. When my husband came to the shower at the end, he had to pick his favorite (not knowing who did which one). I guess that kind of made it into a game. We used every onesie and bib that was made for us! Other games: Melt different candy bars inside disposable diapers and have a contest to see who can name each one just based on sight and smell. Put babyfood inside diapers and see who can name the most based on sight and smell. You can give prizes to person who has the oldest "baby," the birthday closest to the due date, the most babies, the newest baby, the biggest baby, etc... Choose the number of toilet paper squares you think will fit around the mom's tummy. Guess the number of inches the mom's tummy is around. Give a prize to who's closest. Find celebrity baby names (there are some crazy ones out there!) and match them with the celebrity parents. You can make index cards with the parents' names on one card and the baby's name on the other. Then, give a random card to everyone at the shower. They have to go find their match. It's a good way to introduce people who might not know each other well, and it can be used for seating, too (you have to sit next to your parent/child). That's all I can think of right now. Have fun!!!
