Public Comments

  1. Thomas the Tank Engine Elmo The Number 1
  2. i like the number one idea.
  3. ice cream cake is the bomb diggy
  4. do what my mom used to do when i was younger: Dirt Cups. it's not really a cake, but little kids always get a kick out of it. use chocolate pudding, Oreo crumbles, and gummy worms.
  5. Get the messiest Thomas the Choo Choo or that Tugboat one with ice cream and bananas. Or a big Cookie Cake, I like those also.
  6. Maybe racecar, or somekind of dark blue and light blue colors, just like stripes and stuff!
  7. I used the happy first birthday theme(one is fun). It was really nice, it has nice boy colors, many different items such as the table cloth door decorator and the picture centerpiece for the table. It also has a fire engine, air plane and little boy on it. And for the cake I just color coordinated it. With ONE IS FUN! also farm fresh and walmart usually gives you a little round cake for their 1st birthday.Good luck on finding the best for your sons special day. Have fun becasue they grow so fast
  8. choose your child favorite character on tv.
  9. A cupcake tower. This works well as each child gets their own cupcake and it is easier for them to eat that a large chunk of cake and easier for you no cutting just hand out the cupcakes!!
  10. how about Clifford or curious George? My sons first birthday party was all sesamee street but that was back in 1989. go to a bakery and look through a cake book, just for Ideas.
  11. We are doing a dumptruck theme for my sons 1st birthday. There are lots of Tonka party supply things out right now. I plan to serve the "cake" in the back of a big dumptruck and dish it up with a plastic shovel (like the kind you use in a sandbox). I plan to bake a chocolate cake and then cut it up into big chunks and put in the back of the truck to look like dirt. Then I was thinking of squeezing on some chocolate sauce to look like "mud". hehe I love planning children's birthday parties...! His birthday isn't until August! :) Have fun!
