Fees for overseas employment?
I wish to know if a person is hired by an overseas company, should they be paying any fees before the work permit is processed? Since the company is hiring that person, all fees pertaining to work permit and entry clearance should be borne by the company and not the potential employee right?

- It depends on the contract with the employer that whether the employer will pay the fess, if any, or the employee would be paying the amount. however, in the absence of a written provision in this regard and in case the employer refused to pay the amount, the employee is bound to pay that amount.
