Why do nice teachers always retire early, but mean teachers stay forever?
I have one teacher and she has been teaching at that school for over 40 years, but she is so mean. One of my favorite teachers just retired last year and she was super nice.

- The nicer teachers actually get their hearts broken over some students not succeeding...Teaching is very hard and it takes a little bit of your soul.

- Hardnosed people tend to work better in the "system" of office politics that often control schools. The friendlier types tend to get weeded out.
- probably cause the mean teachers have no life and want to make our lifes miserable..lol....actually idk...but i kind of like the mean ones cause they push u to ur limits and u end up learning more...but that was my experience with one teacher so i can't speak for all...but i loved the nice ones the best...
