Outsourcing is delegation of any of the internal operation to the external entity specialising that operation. Whenever next time you think you've got a call from overseas ask them about the company. You will find its an American company. See thing is American companies to save money outsource telemarketing operations overseas. Labour is much cheaper in some developing Asian countries. India is the first country that will come to your mind. Well India has vast English speaking population and much much cheaper labour than America or any other developed country. More and more companies are falling for this trend and why not when they can save money.
