tooth whitening question thanks ?
ive saved some money and im having my teeth whitend by my dentist on friday. He is using the laser treatment?,combined with custom made mouth trays which i have to use overnight. To be honest,i m quite excited,ive gone years with discoloured teeth,.I m saving some money every month to pay for top ups. Question is,,,what can i do to maintain the whiteness,and how long does the effect last,?,,thanks for your help

- cool stuff good luck my mum had hers done about a month ago it makes all the difference not sure about the maintaining i guess just looking after your teeth in general and not eating too many foods with coloring in. aka. Indian! hope it helps...sorta Rachael

- Use a decent toothpaste like Crest Professional care, Colgate Total, etc that cover everything from gum care to maintaining your healthier smile that has peroxide... don't forget to floss, make sure you care for your teeth after drinking coffee, eating sweets, etc. Congratulations and good luck. :)

- Another vote for Crest Whitestrips here, premium or premium plus, both do a fab job at making your teeth white and it lasts a while. they can be bought off ebay.
- did any one hear that you can buy that whitening from the states for a fraction of the cost?it was on radio the other day but never got web address
