Where do Michiganders go to retire?

- I am a Michiganian (Michigander sound like a bird), and most of the people I work with that retire either move Up North (to either the northern lower peninsula or da UP), or they tend to become "snow birds" who winter in Florida, Arizona, California, or somewhere else warm and return to Michigan the rest of the year. Not many leave Michigan all together.
