Business ideas?
What would you do if you have an empy shop that it is in a parking lot. It is at the entrance. The place is small. And it cannot be remodel on one painting from the outside. The place doesn`t look good on one of the walls, because of the paint. What can I do with this place, what kind of shop can I run here, or what kind of business can I do here?

- you first need to find out what the area is zoned for....every city ,state have diffrent laws.When you find this out...and figure out what you would like to do...then put a banner sign on the wall or walls that look bad... You cant go wrong with signage.
- Look around and see what is missing from the area and then make your decision from there.
- If the shop is well situated in the parking lot,perhaps it may profitable to try selling Parks. The grass is all-ways greener,on the other side. Have a nice day.
- Before you decide you need to know what the permitted use is. There is no point deciding to open a takeaway if there is no planning permit for this. After you have found out what the permitted use is you need to decide something you like doing and something you can get passionate about otherwise you will lose interest and just give up.
