High school presentation. Creative ideas?

High school presentation. Creative ideas? High school presentation. Creative ideas? I need to do an academic presentation for one of my classes. I want to know how I can make it creative, but unique, because anyone can do a powerpoint/slideshow, show video/song etc I'm in my last year of high school, so i want this to be good. plus, my teacher is marking it hard, so i need to go above and beyond. The presentation is on a famous book, so any ideas to make it creative would greatly be appreciated. The creative components should be fairly short, not more than 5 mins. And it's independent, so I don't want to act out or dress up. Thanks!

  1. if you can draw, make i giant poster of a particular scene from the book. artsy stuff like that always impresses teachers.
  2. How about creating your own video, poem or music to use? Thats way more creative than just using someone elses and it would show how well you have grasped the themes, concepts and issues of the book.
  3. Easy. Find a website that lets you simply design your webpage for free. Personally, I use geocities. Then, take a couple of hours and load your information onto a few pages, then link them to each other. When you are finished, you will have a project that can be accessed anywhere with the internet.
  4. Put it in the form of a children's book. You could sit in a rocking chair and read it while showing the illustrations to the class.
  5. You could do a Jeopardy type thing, where you generate answers to categories on a computer, and then just go one by one and explain each one. Or you could go the sure-fire way and outline a human body, and then fill in each of the parts in accordance to arms, legs, heart, etcetera of the important facts you wnat to explain. Teachers love this one.
