Creative formal outfit ideas?
ok, so my friend is going to her first winter formal high school dance (oh joy!) and she asked me to help her find an outfit. But she does not want it to be something original. Something creative and I am not sure what to do! Does anyone have any ideas of how to take maybe a skirt and a shirt, or a dress, and change it a bit, into something different, add something to it, layer it? Please I need help! I just need some creative ideas!!
