Public Comments

  1. dont spend it get a part time job hustle steal
  2. don't spend any.
  3. Don't spend it!
  4. don't spend it .. that's the only way to get that much without a job
  5. Babysit, I guess.
  6. stocks, they work wonders!
  7. babysitter, odd Jobs around the neighborhood,
  8. Get a Change Jar a big one and have everyone in your household throw their change in there at the end of the night it adds up fast. Otherwise sell your mom's crap on ebay i sold my moms beanie babies and she still hasnt noticed...santa musta took them
  9. get a cd (certificate of deposit) or sell some of your stuff. even if you're 13 you can still mow lawns, run errands for people, etc.
  10. don't spend...get some babysitting jobs and sweetly ask your parents or grandparents for some money.
  11. save your allowance til february! duhhhh. or work for your mom like do chores n stuff and have her pay you for it
  12. uh i had 140 last week and i was tryin to save up to buy a new hoodie i really wanted but sum how now i have 40$. One thing dont keep it with you or in ur wallet!
  13. Ask your parents to give you chores so you can make the money. Insure that they only pay you should you complete the chores in a timely fashion and not on the day before the money is due. Try baby sitting. Mow some lawns. Wash some cars. Get out and work for it.
  14. buy a bunch of drugs, and then sell them in smaller packages.. lol just kidding. sell your body to old perverts.. just kidding again... ask your parents to give you allowance, and dont spend money. or have a small yard sell of your old toys. or try and cut grass for people in your hood.
  15. Depending on where you live, you could start shoveling driveways. Start babysitting. Start dumpster diving and collecting recyclable bottles and cans. Ask your parents for extra work so you can earn money - and if they already give you an allowance, then don't spend it. The unfortunate thing about saving is that for it to work you have to have something to save. If you do have money or get money for lunches, allowance, etc, then you should just look at your goal and forgo the extras like going to the movies or buying a new CD.
  16. Best way would well a friend told me this once but, ask everyone for a quarter. It just adds up if your 13 then just ask around school. Another way is to ask periodically from your parents 5 bucks here and there don't spend it. You could help around the neighborhood doing some odd jobs and such. Just throwing out ideas.
  17. Real answers that might help: My daughter that is 12 often has this issue so she offers to do chores around the house that she usually doesn't have to do, for a fee. She also extends her services to her grandmother and her aunts. This includes bathing animals, laundry, cleaning out an out building or garage, and organizing pictures in a photo album. Just recently, she set up MySpace accounts for everyone in the family so that we could stay in contact and share pictures, we all paid her and she made a killing.
  18. Don't spend any. Make some more by doing stuff for your parents. Knock on doors round your neighborhood offering to do cheap jobs (gardening, mowing, walking dogs, cleaning houses yards or cars, these things suck and people would pay you to do it). Talk your parents into having a garage sale and put all your old unwanted stuff in it, you'd be surprised what old junk people will by for a few bucks. See if you have some stuff that's good enough to sell on ebay or take to cash converters or somewhere similar. You can even sell old books to book exchange shops for a few bucks.
  19. Well unless you expect people to just give you money, then you need to start baby sitting and hire yourself out as a janitor...some older people would pay you $20. or more for an hour of vacuuming, laundry, and washing dishes which may be hard on them. Ask your parents for an allowence of a specific amount for doing all the house cleaning duties. If it were summer you could make a killing like I did when I was even younger than you by washing neighbors cars and mowing their lawns for less than what their personal landscaper charges...other than that sweetie I don't know. Good though, hope you make your goal! Hugs, Pami
  20. please give your parents and say them go to bank for you! that is OK best!
