  1. Yes, you will need a passport, otherwise you can not enter the airplane taking you to Philipines. Everybody speaks English in Philippines so no worries, but if you have no passport, Its no way of course. You can buy a Swedish passport in most middle east countries from your local dealer, if you need one. We have plenty asylum people with fake passports here. :-) Ho, ho, ho.
  2. Besides your passport and visa, bring plenty of money ( preferrably US dollars ) and prescribed medicines / doctor's prescriptions. You can buy all other items in the Philippine malls. Our mall are bigger and have better choices than some malls in the USA.
  3. a passport, a visa and lots of money.
  4. All you need is a passport and ATM card. Money orders here are difficult to cash and you'll take a beating on the exchange rate. Just make sure you notify your bank that you will be visiting here to make sure they don't cut off your atm or credit cards.
  5. I dont think you can apply for a passport online . You must go in person . That should be your first priority . You do not need a visa if you have a round trip ticket and stay 21 days or less . Do not bring travelers checks - they are near impoosible to cash . Bring a couple of credit cards ( Visa - Master card ) American Express is not widely accepted . When you arrive only carry one or two credit cards , and only what cash you will need , leave in a safe place the remaining money and cards . Most people in Philippines speak english , so - not to worry about that .
  6. hallo, try this link and choose the country you are from. then you'll see the requirements for you. https://philippines.visahq.com/
  7. You can apply for a passport at your local post office. Donot drink their water unless you go to a lounge where the water is capped. Need many shots aganist disease. If they have a 5 star restaurant, and Hotel stay there. The beautiful Hookers you will run into, and if approached run like a scalded dog. No back streets..Never enter those areas. Suggestion! Go either to New Zealand, or Australia
