  1. That doesn't make sense, the guys you owe money to, are going to prevent you from making money, I gotta call bull crap on this one.
  2. I live in Denmark but have a small company in Chiang Mai together with my good friend Khun Norachai. We would like to sell houses in Europe or United States. We are talking millions of Baht because we are trying to build a new community in Chiang Mai. Please tell us what kind of present occupation you have and also what your education is. How much money do you make at present ? We have an account with KASIKORN BANK in Chiang Mai and could ask them to clear your debt if you can pay them back over a number of years. What is your email-address and telephone number ? How old are you and your parents ? I come to Thailand once a year but haven't been there yet in 2008 but I need to go there pretty soon - within the next few months. Please do not be ashamed of yourself - it doesn't matter. I think your boss should try to help you more and report these guys to the police if they harassing you and your family by exhaust and by attacking you repeatedly. It's not fair to you. Are you married and have wife and children ? What is you annual budget ? Sorry to ask you all these questions for more details but in anticipation of your understanding, I remain PAUL D
  3. So you have 3m baht of debt from your family business? And I assume this debt is not from a "normal" financial organisation? If it is then you should be honest with them and seek to restructure the debt. Was the debt secured in any way? You should have a look at the structure of your family business. Was it a limited liability company? Were there other partners? To have been allowed credit to the level of 3m baht seems crazy, knowing how credit works here in Thailand. You should not borrow more - that will make things worse. However I know all about the "loss of face" in Thailand and how hard this must be for you. You MUST speak to people and tell them your problems. Good luck.
