1. why dont u? everything there is cheaper compared to other countries.. the political situation is not so dangerous or complicated like what the media is trying to portray.. there are worst countries than phil.. the turmoil is manageable.. buy a property now preferably near beach resorts and make money out of it by making it a business venture and then sell it after 1 to 20 years and u would be surprise how much the land will cost by that time.. goodluck!
