Whats the best way I can invest $35,000?
I'm 22, married my wife is 18. We have 13,000 saved in an ING Direct savings. Own a house and currently owe 89,000, purchased for 93,000. We do have an excellent retirement plan. I'm interested in real estate and stocks but want to know what you think my best options would be. I'm pretty aggresive and looking for large returns. Thanks for the input! Note: I have 35,000 on top of the already listed. Note: I have 35,000 on top of the already listed.

- Fun! What is the most demanding item on earth? I mean everywhere on earth? Thats right Gasoline/Oil, Invest in a well organized oil/gas company like Chevron/Shell/Texaco.
- Real Estate. I think the prices will still go down so you may want to wait til the later part of the year but there are some great deals right now with all the foreclosures. People are desperate to sell.

- Congrats to you both. I don't know how on earth a 22 and 18 year old in 2008 can ACTUALLY SAVE 13000 bucks. It's commendable to say the least. Interested in real estate then research and connect with these two real estate moguls. Robert Kiyosaki Donald Trump They've both got programs online where you can enroll and build nice real estate or other businesses quite efficiently. The Rich Dad Company and Trump University.
- i have in a bridge in brooklyn that i would be willing to part with for only 35k.
- Take $4K each for you and your wife and open a Roth IRA for 2007 by April 15, 2008. You can also put another $5K each for 2008. That's 18K extra for your retirement. Invest in an S&P 500 exchange traded fund.
