  1. i hope not this year shoulda been his year!! he needs to go one more and try to win the superbowl one more time...why retire when hes stilll got a lot of skill in his thorw left? they woulda took the pats easy in the SB...
  2. No. I dont think that he is going to retire. I think he is going to die playing football.
  3. he won't and he shouldn't because he is the same QB he has always been....I just never though tit was that great because he has made the greatest amount of bad throws out of any "great" QB ever........he also likes to throw crucial picks in Playoff games (not just this year....many many many others)
  4. I don't think he'll go out like that...for his sake....I hope not.
  5. No. There is no way he will retire with his last pass being an interception that set up the Giants winning score to beat the packers at Lambeau Field. He will be back for revenge next year.
  6. totally Although he is a very good quarterback for his age.... the years hav worn him down
  7. No, not after the record year he had. More importantly, he is winning and having fun. And I don't think the legend will retire on suck a sour note!
  8. Brett Favre is more than the best quarterback of our time. I think he had an awesome season, if he decides to come back, I will still cheer on the Packers. If he decides that he needs to move on, I will still cheer on the Packers. But for answers sake, no, I don't think its Brett's time to quit. He came too close to a perfect ending to go out now! Give it on more try!
  9. not unless he just wants to no way he should be forced into retirement hes still too good if the Packers dont want him - I'll take him for my team the Panthers Im sure the Dolphins would die to get him the Falcons would take him back after all these years Bears Lions etc etc etc hes better than all of their QBs
  10. As a Viking van, I want him to. But realistically, why? He played very well this year, his interceptions are way down, his team has a great running back in Ryan Grant, his O-line is solid and the Packers D is pretty respectable. The chances for another successful year in 2008 are there. I say, if he still feels like playing, let him play. As much as I don't like the Packers, and how lucky Favre is, he is still better than 1/2 of the starting QB's out there.
  11. why you have to hate on Farve? because your team QB SUCK? anyway no he had a great year and he needs to get revenge on the trashy, lucky Giants that beat him at home.
  12. I don't think he will, I would like to see him retire he had a great run, broke a lot of records but his skills are diminishing and he could start hurting the team. Plus the Packers need a younger quarterback to grow with this team.
  13. I dont think he should retire. He needs to try again next year!! Why give up when he was this close. Go for it Favre!!
  14. I think he should and that he would have, until he threw that pick. I dont see him ending his career with his last pass being an INT in the NFC champ game at lambeau field. I do think he should though.
  15. No. My aunt said that in the beginning of the football season, brett favre said if packers went to superbowl he would retire. well at last week's horrible game, they almost had a chance of going, and my aunt said that he threw that interception on purpose so he wouldn't go to superbowl, and that he wouldn't have to retire. he's like michael jordan. they just need to give it up.
  16. of course he should retire...Brett Favor sucks.
  17. hell no one win from the superbowl
