Did Mick Foley retire?

I watched a documentary about wrestlers. One guy, Mick Foley, had a bout called "I quit" against some guy called "The Rock". His wife and kids watched and it scared his little daughter. The documentary finished, but I wasn't sure if he retired. Did he do the right thing by his Family and retire? If only for his daughter.

5. AWW YES THE BEYOND THE MAT MOVIE. HE DIDNT RETIRE AFTER THAT MATCH BUT HE DID RETIRE A YEAR LATER OR 2 MAYBE. BUT HIS RETIREMENT ISNT GOING THAT GOOD HE COMES BACK AT LEAST 5 TIMES A YEAR.
6. He has retired many times, but wrestling is in his blood; he keeps coming back. He's qualified for the Royal Rumble in a couple of weeks.
