Business overseas?
Ok, so I am an honours finance student who is convocating this year, but I don't really want to work here at home in Canada, so I've been seriously looking overseas, especially in The Netherlands/Holland. What are the upsides/downsides to this? (Most of the positions I've researched are English speaking)

- I don't see any downs. You seem like a smart person who knows what he's doing, do why not? Maybe a down side is that it will be hard to get hired without a degree in that foreign country. But if you go with a Canadian company in the Netherlands, then no problem. The language barrier might also be a problem, but if you positions are in English, no problem there either. The only thing is that you will be away from everything that you know and it will be hard starting a new life and making new friends, especially if you are not bringing family with you. But over time I bet it will feel like a 2nd home. The Netherlands sounds like a nice place to me, not particularly dangerous... i think it would be a great job and a great experience. good resume builder if you ever went back to canada too.
