Marriage overseas....?
I'm an Australian (from Melbourne) and i'm i'm going to marry a Chinese woman in China in the near future, and i'm wondering if my marriage overseas would be legal then? what kind of documents shall i need to prepare if i wanna this marriage be recognised by the Aus government? Any websites could be of help?

- These are very important questions for an attorney. Do not get married until you talk with one. Very few of these types of marriages last. Even in the USA, 50% of first marriages end in divorce. Remember, if you are married and you get a divorce you will have to pay big bucks and perhaps even give her a house plus money. I have a cousin-in-law who married a girl from another country. After a few weeks, she ran away and joined her family in another state. In other words, she used the cousin to get into the USA.
