  2. Chores for your parents or neighbors. See if anyone is willing to pay you to do basic jobs (not full employment). You might even be able to borrow the money in advance of a birthday or Christmas.

  12. Go get some piggy bank! It helped me a lot and in times of need, I have something to pull money from. Promise!
  13. babysit...do extra chores for your parents...have a sale and sell some of your old stuff that you dont use anymore.
  14. The heck you say, a job is just the thing. Hire yourself out to the neighbourhood ladies as a personal shopper. Look up the rates of other similar services in your area. Charge for travel too, especially if you have to go a way to get special orders. This is a great way to do something more or less fun, but without it being grunt work. Otherwise, you could offer to help tidy their yards, vacuum for them... You can expect to make at least $5-7 an hour for this sort of labour. Otherwise there's always babysitting, or selling Avon or Regal to your neighbours and family. You don't make a regular, substantial wage with these, but it adds to the other work to make you a reasonable wage. Also, it's not too time consuming and you get your cosmetics... for a pretty good price. Think outside the box.
